Brad Tucholski
Owner/Inspector

Brad comes from a background of contractors. From 1994 to 1996 Brad worked in the fore closer inspection side of home inspections and decided that a change was needed so Brad graduated from The School of Home Inspection in Atlanta Georgia in 1996. He then completed extensive classroom training at the Inspectech Professional Home Inspector Training School and began an apprenticeship and sub-contractor relationship with an experienced inspector. After performing over 500 inspections Brad decided to start his own company and in 1999 Five Star Property Inspections was created. Now with over 3300 inspections performed, Brad brings to the inspection industry experience, thoroughness, and integrity.

Brad is a member of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA). Brad excels above the minimum standards of continuing education required by CREIA by attending multiple continuing education classes year round, as well as the annual CREIA conference. Brad's philosophy is that education and knowledge are key to a thorough inspection. Brad also belongs to a number of additional associations such as International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO).

Brad is a Certifified inspector of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA).

Brad is the past treasurer 2001/2003 of the Inland Empire Chapter of CREIA

He is the past Vice President for 2003/2004.

And is the past President for the chapter for 2004/2005.

The majority of properties Brad has inspected are residential, from condominiums to large estates, but he has also inspected and provided reports on numerous multi-unit, commercial, and light industrial buildings as well. To avoid any conflict of interest, no repairs to properties inspected are ever performed by Brad or any of his employees.
